Cancellation Policy for Public Workshops: If you would like to cancel your registration prior to receiving access to the eLearning workshop materials, you will be entitled to a full refund of the registration fee. If you cancel subsequent to receiving access to the eLearning workshop materials, you will be entitled to a full credit of the registration fee that can be applied to a future occurrence of the same workshop or you can receive a partial refund equal to the registration fee minus the retail cost of the eLearning materials. This workshop will be confirmed no later than 1 week prior to the workshop start date.

Exams & Certification :

  • You are not required to complete exams to attend this workshop. Exams only need to be completed by those interested in attaining certification credit.
  • All workshop attendees are issued an official "Certificate of Completion" for this workshop.
  • Those that pass the exams required for the related designations will receive official certificates for these designations and will have access to the benefits associated with these certifications.
  • The workshop instructor will be available to provide any necessary exam preparation assistance.
