Rhea Helpdesk version 1.1 is out now

We now have version 1.1 of the Rhea Helpdesk Solution available for purchase.

A few changes were made to version 1.0 to make the Rhea Helpdesk solution more compliant to ITIL process. Specifically, the new version has separated out the Incident Management and Request Fulfillment processes. Archiving of closed incidents/requests has now been included as a standard feature in the helpdesk software. Also new FAQ and Forum functionality has been added to this release. This release also includes some minor bug fixes
