Rhea Solutions shortlisted for the Scottish Asian Business Awards 2014
Glasgow based IT firm, Rhea Solutions, has been announced as a finalist in the Scottish Asian Business Awards 2014. The firm has been nominated in the 'Online Business of the Year' category at Scotland's premium business event that celebrates Scottish Asian Business men and women.
The 'Online Business of the Year' category rewards and recognizes an online business, where the majority of day-to-day activity and business success is conducted through an online channel. This could be a new business that trades online or one that’s recently moved online and is now seeing success as a result. This also includes businesses that solely trade online and also businesses that trade elsewhere but have an online presence.
Chandini Paterson, the CEO of Rhea Solutions, says 'I am so honored that Rhea Solutions was nominated for this award category. We are the only IT company that has been nominated in the Online Business of the Year category this year. Winning this award would mean so much. We’re keeping our fingers crossed and hoping for the best.'
The Scottish Asian Business Awards have been celebrated annually since 2006 – honoring the determination, hard work and personal achievements of the Scottish Asian Business men and woman at the forefront of their industries. Each year the competition has become more intense as the event itself has grown into a highly respected outlet where the best and brightest are honored.
There are 5 nominations in this category, with companies ranging from the retail to IT. Other companies nominated in the 'Online Business of the Year 2014' category include:
- • iKrush
- • Sashtime
- • GRS Global
